    Mother’s Day is coming up and it’s giving me a Mother’s Day is coming up and it’s giving me all the feels. I love this day simply because I believe being a mom is the greatest honor of my life. I still sometimes can’t believe I am Mia, Kai, and Aria’s mom and I’m about five years in. Our journey is unique and special and I love that about us. I know this day is mostly about celebrating Mom’s and it for sure is but for me it’s also about celebrating this call that I get to live out. The most sacrificial, beautiful, loving journey I have ever experienced. The Mother’s Day collection with @homesick candles is the perfect way to celebrate Mom’s. I love their clean, minimalistic look and that you can personalize them with a message on the back. They are soy wax blend and nontoxic so I feel good about them for my littles and nothing sets a mood and vibe like a candle. I know you guys are going to love them!     I can’t believe how obsessed with them I am. My I can’t believe how obsessed with them I am. My crew, my posse, my little lovers are all names trio of mine receives. I love being with them, guiding them, encouraging them, and loving them. They make my life better in every way. I just can’t believe it keeps getting better. Love you three, you make me a better me 🤍 PS this pic couldn’t be more of their personalities ☺️
    It’s crazy to think that I’m coming up on the It’s crazy to think that I’m coming up on the one year anniversary since selling my business. The other day I was folding laundry and thinking about how much has changed over the year. When I owned my fitness studio I designed my life in a way that basically everything that could be delegated, was. My goal was to spend as much time as I could with the kids and that when I was working I was working on all the things that only I could do as the owner. In my personal life everything was taken care of. I had a personal assistant, a cook that came to the house, a weekly house cleaner, someone who came and picked up around the house everyday and folded laundry, and a full-time nanny. Sounds insane but it’s what it took for things to go smoothly and all get taken care of. When I sold, I made a dramatic switch and simplified our life substantially. I became all those things and I wasn’t sure how it would go because didn’t know any different. I stepped in this new season insecure in my new role but also knowing it was what God was calling me to and that He would give me the confidence I needed to live it out. I began to fall in love with my new life and slowly began to step into this new role as a stay-at-home mom and knowing this was exactly who I was suppose to be. I loved my life as a business owner and mom but I love this now too. It’s wild how much can happen in a year. I’m grateful for all the opportunities big and small, the laundry and the school pick ups and drop offs, hour long bedtime routines, sight words 🙃, cooking dinner with a baby on my hip, dance parties for hours to Christmas songs all year long, Mia’s once a week “mama, I’m glad you’re home with us”, the meltdowns when I leave for an hour 😅, the endless “I love you’s” both signed and spoken, hugs and a child constantly laying on me ☺️, keeping up with the house and being apart of every small moment. Life has slowed down, I am more intentional, I’m no longer running a large team but I have my crew of three that I’m showing up for everyday as my best me and truly loving every second 🤍
    Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life @to Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life @tomasczernek . I can’t believe we have been together for 15 years! We fell in love basically as kids and grew up together. I love how we have grown together, evolved together, and pursued God together. You have prayed for me in my weakest moments, cheered me on through all my endeavors, and encourage me through all the crazy ideas I throw your way. I would not be who I am or where I am, without you. You love me and value me and have made it a goal since day one to help me pursue my dreams. You have “yesed” me through life without hesitancy including my latest adventure of being a stay-at-home mom. You are an example to our kids on how a husband should love and I am honored to call you mine. I love you with everything in me Tomas, love KK 🤍 PS- you’re hot.     Our family has been @veggiesmadegreat fans for yea Our family has been @veggiesmadegreat fans for years, but Aria has taken this to a whole new level! She has been eating two veggie cakes every morning for over two years and loves them so much. This is her favorite breakfast and an easy way for me to sneak in all the vegetable and nutrients to set her day off to the right start! As a busy mom of 3, it's easy for me to have these on hand and throw them in the microwave each morning while we are in the middle of the morning shuffle. I am all about convenient, healthy, veggie rich, gluten free options for my kids and @veggiesmadegreat checks all those boxes. I purchase them from the freezer section at both Target and Publix. This is the perfect way to get our picky toddlers to eat lots of veggies, and they are Aria approved!  #veggiesmadegreat #ad

    Can we all take a second to acknowledge the fact t Can we all take a second to acknowledge the fact that Aria is turning 3 in 2 months, like how?! As much as I can’t believe it, I can because I feel like I am watching her grow up every single day right before my eyes. She’s looking more and more like a little girl and less like a toddler. I feel like everyday she is mastering something new, understanding a new concept, saying more words, hitting more milestones, and learning a new task. I am watching this little girl of mine defy all the odds and change the world. I am so proud to call myself her mom and continue to learn a new life lesson constantly because of her. So even though I find myself constantly searching for the pause button, I’m equally excited to see all she will do with her life.
