GF Cookies For The Win

Who doesn’t love cookies, am I right?? Nobody is ever like “I don’t like cookies” and if they are they are lying and don’t deserve to be your friend 😉 . Nothing like a good freaking cookie while you sit on the couch watching Netflix and binging on whatever show is “your show” at that time (hence my Sunday night, shout out to all the other PLL fans 😉 )

So I have recently got super into Pinterest! I was into it like four years ago and then kinda jumped off the train and never got on unless I was looking for a long blonde hair style to show my hair girl.

I randomly got on and decided to clean up my boards and give it a little makeover. I could not believe how ugly the ‘ish’ was that I pinned years ago. I was pretty consistently like “ew why did you like that” (haha).

Anyway I jumped on the Pinterest train and have been pinning my little heart out, like its might favorite night past time. I go on before I go to sleep and pin and pin and also send Ruthie pins (she wakes up to about 100 Pinterest messages each morning- you’re welcome Rue).

While on there I came across a super easy cookie recipe and I had all of the ingredients so I just decided to try them. #pinterestfail is a reality so my expectations were low but they ended up being SOOO good and SOOO easy to make! My kinda recipe (you guys should know this by now 😉 )

Here’s what I did! Let me know you think!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Oats (I used TJ’s GF  but you can use reg)
  • 2 tbsp. of Chocolate Chips (I love Lily’s, Publix)
  • 2 tbsp. of Almond Butter (I love Justin’s MaplePublix)

Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
  • Place a tbsp. amount on parchment paper
  • Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
  • Wah-Lah you’re done!

P.S. Follow me here on pinterest because I pin really cool ‘ish’ now, I promise 😉 #followforfollow
